What's your favorite music to have in the background?

I have a playlist in spotify that I created that has so many gems! I made it a long time ago while I was working for Spotify so its pretty long in hrs length but its pretty chill. However, I do like to have some UK Garage or some Dark Tech in the back ground from time time, same goes with hardcore punk and numetal stuff like Every Time I Die. Ranting now, so enjoy if you like a mix of a buncha shizznit

I'm not a fan of heavy music while working, HOWEVER I will listen to it all day long at the gym. 

As far as background music in the office, I am good with anything that is upbeat and the words are easy to tune out.
