The problem solving part of it. Tweaking your pitch or coming up with a new strategy and seeing the progress after implementing it feels awesome.

It sure feels awesome! Most people think that getting a nice commission is the best part, but solving the problem feels just as good!

The sale itself, not for the comish, but because you know you did something well and helped someone solve a problem!

Cmon.. this is BS lol.  Sure you might have a small part of you really stoked about helping someone solve a problem, but the big sale feels good for selfish reasons primarily.  YOU sold something that was hard, YOU solved a problem, and YOU get that sweet cheddah.

It’s not, It took me a while to change my mindset, yes I did all that, but the point is to help others.

yes I did the sale, I put in the work and leave a happy customer, that gives me satisfaction

Docusign Complete. But in all seriousness, the ah-ha moment when you see the lightbulb moment in action. Where skepticism and uncertainty turn into the realization that the solution could and will actually work.

Discovery, outside of closing the sale obviously. Something about learning about a business and providing a solution like a hero saving the day.

Definitely that one perfect phone call when you’ve had an insanely shite day - usually a completely cold call and the right person picks up saying ‘actually yeah I’ve been looking into this recently etc’ Turns the day and week right around.

If it isn't money, do you know what is? I think step # 1 is to figure out what is causing the grief. Could be lack of transparency, could be lack of faith in leadership, anything really.
