What's your favorite sales/development book?

I've read quite a few sales books. Currently, Fanatical Prospecting by Jeb Blount has probably had the biggest impact on my career. Ole' Jeb put together a 360-degree view of prospecting - the tools, process, mentality. I strongly recommend it.
