What’s your favorite tool few know about?

I'll go first - TextExpander. it's a tool I use everyday that lets you write keystroke shortcuts for templates, urls, saves notes and really anything else. Essentially it's like an outreach template that you can use in any application. It saves me tons of time and also means I'm prepared for any question or onbjectiok because I save the snippet once and then just activate it when I need it.

Holding the spacebar down on my iphone when texting so I can easily move to a new part of the sentence and start typing.

Giving you that upvote because someone who can’t be named (because I forgot their name) has downvoted ya. Also yes I agree about the space bar

Pipeline managment, you can see if someone is reading your mail and stuff like that. Using it every single day – it's pretty hard to explain. We dont use Hubspot, SalesForce ect at my firm. So that's why its a MUST for me! 😊

Ah okay! We use SalesForce connected with Yesware, Calendly, Aircall, and 1 thing that the SDR team uses. Our SalesForce is a real cluster fuck haha.

Wow though we would never need this in the current company, it was great to know there exists something for Gmail. Thanks for sharing

Also, TextExpander is so useful that Apple stole the idea. They seriously use it internally for everyone that wants a license, but you may know it as Keyboard Shortcuts in your iPhone.

i use that for kaomojis lol. apple's keyboard shortcuts are universal between your apple devices btw. so any shortcut i add on my iPhone pops up back in my Mac without me having to add anything.

which is useful if you want to express yourself like this:

It's free to sign up and get 10 credits (which renew every month), I use the paid version, with costs like one lunch ($19 a month) for unlimited use. Super helpful tool!

I don’t know how common it is. But Yesware. Very easy to connect to your email and start campaigns from. Each campaign can then also be easily shared with coworkers.

This is a very broad question, there are thousands of tools out there for different applications - any specific application you're looking for?

There are many threads about tools discussed in the past(you can search within WR), see if you can get your answer there 🙂

I recently started using LinkMatch which allows me to import LinkedIn profiles to Pipedrive. (Can also create new deals.) Saves me time and even allows me to import their profile picture. Like it, since the picture reminds me better of the past meetings and what was discussed than their name alone.

More people should test out Mixmax. I used to work there, so yes, a little biased. But moving to a new company without it, I've realized, their enhancements spark way better engagement such as polls and surveys.

"Intricately" - Source your prospect's website at no cost.  This chrome extension is robust and allows for 25 researchable accounts per month at no charge.

Intricately is the perfect research assistant that will provide you with company information, tech stacks, documentation about the company, and more.

I'll go into more detail in a later post, but tools that come at no cost are a rarity.  Especially ones with the powers Intricately have.

find-business-email.com -- free tool (I think created by salesloft) that's been super useful for me for finding/confirming email addresses. Especially if you're prospecting into up and coming software companies tools like ZoomInfo don't have much data and this website is a nice quick check of email address structure

One more - Vidyard. Free chrome extension, video recording. Lifesaver. Btw, doesn't have to be your face on that video ( not everyone is as gorgeous as @GeneralCorp ) you could just record the screen with your voice.

Honestly, keyboard shortcuts for typing and other text formatting – I'll talk about it randomly to coworkers and others that I know, and they'll always look at me like I have three heads.

Also, Vidyard – though it's much more popular now than when I ran across it initially a few years ago.

It also took me having to send in my Mac to get the battery replaced and having to use a friend's shit old PC for work for a few days to realize how heavily I rely on them....and how much I hate PCs.
