What's your go to in order to "dig in" when clients are trying to negotiate?

I love the end of the month/quarter when prospects give the "Well I know its the end of the month and you need to hit your numbers so why don't you cut me a deal" My response is always "I've been at quota for a while and gave you my best price so its up to you if you want to move forward or not."
