I’m currently on 50/50 uncapped, but like everyone else I would probably prefer 60/40 if I could.

I like 70/30. Also means when you go for a loan to buy a property, more of your income is captured as gross, as banks won’t factor commission when assessing you. Consistent income is key.

I thought they factor commission as an average over a few years regarding income, but that might be different depending on the bank, loan, location, etc.
