One thing that I don't see mentioned enough is learning your CRM. If you're using Salesforce, getting a grasp on how to run reports and how it works on a more technical level can REALLY help you out. 

If you're using HubSpot or another CRM, it allows you to become the expert on the tool within the org, which can help you in the long run as well.
