Good question! Hard to answer but one of the things I'll give hard pushback on is managing a chat widget for a website as an AE when 95% of the chats are spam and students looking for help with their homework. The worst!

Agree we had to do this in shifts at one job...and it was pointless. Just moved onto Drift and chatbot + meeting schedule option.
