hey family,
it's been a while since my last post, and unfortunately things haven't gone the way I had hoped. I got hit with a dreaded PIP unfortunately, and even though they've had to lower quota multiple times due to their unrealistic expectations and goals, it looks like my time is coming up. I'm debating between trying to ride out the PIP or accepting any severance they offer while I look to land my next role. It's a really shitty feeling considering most of my team feels the same way and are also heading for the exits, and leadership seems to give zero fucks about people or their lives outside of work.
so I figured I'd come to the family I've made on this platform for advice, and I've basically lost all motivation to do anything. the company im at used to be and still is great, just the leadership will drive it down a spiral bit by bit unfortunately
