It's just designed that our AVC and average sales cycle will land you at 125-150% if you're absolutely crushing it. 

Our accelerators are actually amazing, but goddamn are they hard to hit in this industry.

Yes. I still make my calls and do my job, but I can pick if I'm WFH in the office and once it's no longer 830-5 I'm not responding unless it's an absolute emergency

I'd love for it to happen, but I don't think I'd ever be in a consistent area to do it. I'd have to cut prospecting out of the equation and have BDRs/marketing set me up with demo's. Then I'd have to scale my workload 3-5x to hit it assuming everything scaled. I don't know if I'd legitimately have the bandwidth to do that.

Also, quota would raise after....

@Big4OutTheDoor I think at that point too, the various kicker's in commission would make the deals unprofitable. So, I don't think management would want me hitting 5x quota on a consistent basis
