5 am. I need the first hour to hold my coffee and stare into space.
5am for me as well. Time for a run, review the day at hand and drink coffee.
I'm with you and this has been the norm for a few years now. Get up go for a run or gym and have time to contemplate my life choices.
I can’t imagine going for a run at 5am. Vicariously living through you.

I mean right now my commute is 4 steps from my bed to my desk lol. My gym is a 10 minute walk.
Pre covid, commute to the office was around an hour so I would workout from 5:30 to 7am ish, go home and get ready, and then get to the office around 8:30 but I would start replying to emails on the bus there.

@cadencecombat - as someone who had to get up for work at 5:30am LATEST for years, just treat it like jetlag when transitioning. It’s literally the same thing.

Waking up and getting up are two very different things for me since COVID. I wake up around 7 but mess around on my phone, check email, see what's new in the War Room, etc. until about 8.
I just stare at my email box and wonder where the POs are :(

Wake up early to take kids to school, but in the summer I'm up at 9:30-10a and won't schedule a call before 11am because I work until 1-2a regularly.

Currently 7am because I’m still WFH. This will change once I’m back in the office, as I will need to hit the gym @6 to roll in to work at 9.
depends on the day. between 6 and 8. I work for a west coast company, living on the east coast. They dont care what hours I work, just have to get my shit done.
Alarm goes off at 5:15am to start coffee and then begin rousing the frothy hoard (4 kids) for school. So, inevitably, my email responses start at the same time along with internal communications to colleges that are based closer to our company’s HQ outside Boston. I’m remote in CO.
I usually wake up between 7 and 7:30. Hit the 'gym' in my house, grab coffee and start working by 9-9:30.

7am.... I roll out of bed with exactly enough time to chug a cup of coffee, wash the stank off from a night out with customers, fire up the laptop, and then dial until my fingers bleed.....I love every minute of it!

The key is to have a territory that is a few hours behind your location and also not give a fuck about working after 5 since wfh life started
Lol I’m the opposite... sometimes I wake up at 8 so 11am ET or so and I think cool only 5 more hours of work.

5:30am - I have four kids and I get my little ones ready for school starting at 6:45am. I need my hour in the AM to myself for sanity.
5:00 am, need some time to decompress before being asked stupid questions. Ideally read or write with some coffee, hit the gym, and then see about some extra-curricular real estate shiznit.
5:30am. Go for a walk and listen to something non-sales related to get my brain in gear.
This one is Interesting, I'd love to see a demographic breakdown. I'm from Ireland and one thing I've noticed about sleep is that the Americans wake up so much earlier then europeans.

Work when you feel best, whether that's 5am, 7pm or 2am. Results are truly the only metric that matters in our profession. Forcing it is when you get sloppy, miss details and lose deals. Law of diminishing returns.

Get it for sure. I use it all the time. Hate where you’re at, let’s get you where you want to be. Resonates pretty well for prospects but he’s got some other stuff in there that’s not as true, people still care about company history/background info.
