PTO, go on a walk, rip some more coffee, grab a coors light, lots of options depending on the severity of the burn out.ย

I am currently in the "california wildfire" stage of burnout, so just booked a week to Jamaica.ย

Basically just get away from the computer. It helps, so much.ย

Vacay. Nothing beats burnout like a good vacation, specially in the nature.ย

Cant say how important it is to walk away and take some time off. You are not doing yourself or the business any favors struggling through and just getting byย

PTo. It's there, don't be afraid to use it. Even small resets during the day help. I was having issues early on in WFH and doing a morning or midday walk helped me immensely. I'd go for a morning walk and read a book at the park nearby before work, or go on a quick walk on my lunch, anything to get away from the "office" for a bit.

You just had an awesome proposal call, but everyone is going back to their busy lives. What do you do to keep that momentum alive, especially over a long sales-cycle?
