PTO, go on a walk, rip some more coffee, grab a coors light, lots of options depending on the severity of the burn out.
I am currently in the "california wildfire" stage of burnout, so just booked a week to Jamaica.
Basically just get away from the computer. It helps, so much.
Vacay. Nothing beats burnout like a good vacation, specially in the nature.

PTo. It's there, don't be afraid to use it. Even small resets during the day help. I was having issues early on in WFH and doing a morning or midday walk helped me immensely. I'd go for a morning walk and read a book at the park nearby before work, or go on a quick walk on my lunch, anything to get away from the "office" for a bit.
Mental health days, taking the afternoon off, setting aside "no meeting" time chunks in my schedule
