What tool do y'all use to calculate and keep track of commission?

I've heard of Spiff, Quotapath and some others. I'm currently the only AE in my company and another AE will be joining next week. We wouldn't want something too complex. Any suggestions?

Oh man, I know we have some QuotaPath sales people on here. We use 'em at my company and it's pretty rep friendly. I was originally not the biggest advocate but have grown to appreciate the tool!ย

At your stage, I would suggest Excel as @CadenceCombatย did. Once your org grows, there are a few good options out there. From my experience, they aren't cheap so not worth it on a small scale.ย

it takes a rocket scientist to understand and decipher our commission plans. Pretty sure there wouldn't be a service able to track and monitor this for us. I spend a couple hours at the beginning of each month making sure I'm paid correctly.

Excel. You can also build in the logic for accelerators and such. Once you set it up, it all rolls beautifully.

You are given an account list with over 250 accounts (no salesforce, you have to work off an excel sheet), what steps/processes do you implement to ensure all accounts are being touched? How many do you target a week? Month? Etc.
