I bought a GPS for my forklift and the thing is a nightmare. No integration with Google or Apple maps. It uses its own proprietary map that almost drove me off a cliff last week when I was disposing of our marketing manager's body.

As a previous seller of HERE tech, I’d like to know the mapping provider.

I just started at a company that uses Dynamics. This is the worst tool I've ever used.

Same situation here. Started with the company back in February and was forewarned about it but chalked it up to people being dramatic. …I miss SFDC more and more everyday

Worked at a startup using PipeDrive CRM so I implemented SFDC as a weekend project b/c I couldn't take it any longer.

Oh boy, I used siebel at my first company out of school and do not have fond memories. Just felt like a glorified spreadsheet to me. Shit is an absolute disgrace.

Depends on what the org is using it for, size of org, etc. Were y'all using it as a CRM for salespeople?

Hoovers is definitely trash but I see why sellers can sell it. On paper it sounds good but in principal it's absolute garbage.

Does anyone even sell on LinkedIn? I mean, unless you feel like doing shameless self-promo, LI is just a pipedream. It looks like it will be full of leads, since all your actual leads are probably on there. BUT I have yet to meet someone who successfully uses it for sales lol.

Its a cesspool of gurus and other sales peeps, but I have had multiple connections initiate messages to me that have led to closed deals. Nothing crazy, but it was free money..

LinkedIn is great for prospecting as you allude to. It doesn’t really have the ability to be a “sales platform” I have had success prospecting and then using things like zoom info and discoverorg to get the contact info. But it’s also loaded with self promoting assholes.

G2 crowd. Pretty damn useless. Essentially says "x company has buying intent" by literally just viewing your companies website. Shits expensive and doesn't do shit.

It's shockingly bad. Totally USA biased too. I get that intent signals are limited but "someone at a company in your CRM who lives in Iowa looked at a list of software that one of your competitors is on" is not going to help ANY salesperson.

SalesNav is great but the UI has gotten so bad recently
I've been a ZoomInfo guy for the last few years but my new company uses Seamles.ai which I can't really get the hang of too well if anyone has tips for that I'm all ears

DiscoverOrg can be a blessing and my worst nightmare. I feel like half of the insights or contacts are just created by bots and not verified. Has made prospecting into NNL frustrating and a waste of time

We had DiscoverOrg and ZoomInfo forced us to move to them when our contract ran up. Interface of Discover is easier to use...data from ZoomInfo is more up to date

Apple provided the goofiest shit. Had a standup desk. Chair. Other misc stuff. Internet subsidy. But my favorite was the COMMUTING and bicycle reimbursement/card through WageWorks. Even though I worked from home. Whenever I traveled, I got to ride the subway or use Ubers for free.
