Servant followed by coaching - a healthy mix of the two is ideal. I'm too independent to enjoy an authoritative approach, and overly democratic, wishy washy leaders annoy the hell out of me.ย

I respond to honest leadership the best. I want to know my boss is going to be transparent whether it's a good or bad situation. I hate leadership that constantly lies and manipulates.
