Servant followed by coaching - a healthy mix of the two is ideal. I'm too independent to enjoy an authoritative approach, and overly democratic, wishy washy leaders annoy the hell out of me.

Coaching is what I respond to best. An open discussion and back and forth as we develop our work together really can work wonders.

I respond to honest leadership the best. I want to know my boss is going to be transparent whether it's a good or bad situation. I hate leadership that constantly lies and manipulates.

Mine is authoritative now having been coaching previously.

I have been doing this a bit, so the coaching element isn’t as prevalent now, so following an authoritative leader is better for me now

2+ hours. My first job as a BDR there was 30m every week on a Thursday afternoon for someone (anyone!) from the company would lead a meeting with the full team of BDRs.
