If someone hangs up on you- put their phone number as leads for car dealers...JK. Seriously though, "don't ride the highs too high and the lows too low".

Keep it chill. No really, most of all newbies mess up not cause they’re not qualified. They’re just nervous and paralyzed in my experience.

One of the best advice that I was given was simply to "Rip the bandaid off". The reason being is that you truly just have to get into it and get your reps in to better understand the role, your prospects, and your own style.
