Typical M-F for me:
6:30-8:30am: 2-3 black coffees. One for the road, and 1 or 2 when I get to the office, depending on how bad I need to hammer the phone that morning (not always doing CCs).
8:30-12:30: 3-4 bottles of water (refilled of course, I may be in Oil and Gas, but I'm not a Captain Planet villian).
12:30am-1:00pm: Double green tea. Two green tea bags, one large cup. Helps me bullshit myself that I'm healthy and kills the "post-lunch slump" before it happens.
1:00-2:30pm: A few more hits of agua. Straight up. If I do 5-6 per day I'm doing good. Bathroom breaks help get those steps in and give you time to mentally cuss out those prospects for not doing their jobs and evaluating you like you 100% deserve to be.
2:30pm: Double espresso. Let's close it out strong. One more power hour or two on the phone if I need to clear out some to-dos. Also if I still need to clear out some dinner from yesterday- y'know it.
3:00pm-on (Mon-Wed): More H2O-yeah boys. Where my Hydro Homies at?
3:00pm-on (Thursday/Friday): Thursday is Little Friday. Aka "close enough". Time to introduce whiskey on the rocks if it was a shit day, some light beer, or a SELTZ-AH or two before the EOD. I'd normally prefer something with more carbos like Cabernet (your boy is fancy) or heavier beer, but bikini season is coming up folks. Close it out loose.
Time for that 2:30pm Boost & Purge. ⏰
