What word do you say too much during meetings or presentations?

Sitting in the office just now listening to a BDM / AE make a call - he has said the word "Obviously" 20 plus times in 10 minutes. Which has got me thinking, what word(s) do we all say far to often?

"guys"

"Right guys?" "what are your guys' thoughts" "your guys in the office"

and so on and so forth.

Is this something any of your guys have issues with too?

Flavor of the day. If I start off with a certain phrase, I have a bad habit of repeating it a few times during a demo/call

Right. Like explain something and it hits, you know it hits, and you say, "right" anyways.

"if that makes sense"  I hate it, and I know it undermines everything I just said.

Couldn't you just have your 1:1 on the course (if you are in SF)?
