Fairly broad question, it would be helpful to provide more contextโ€ฆ

But hereโ€™s my take : AI will never fully replace sales because people donโ€™t only buy a product, but a relationship to it. If youโ€™re lucky, you have such a strong brand that you donโ€™t need to rely too heavily on sales, otherwise sales people will the the embodiment of that relationship.

Or as others say, people buy from peopleโ€ฆ

That being said, AI can help on targeting and decision making :
- better prospect qualification with stronger intent understanding
- faster database building with AI analysis of companies
- better/faster cold email copy creation (with more emphasis on personalization) via AI generated insights

NB: Iโ€™ll exclude automation rule based as this is not AI driven

there will always be sales people no matter what happens with AI.

It could help with the front end prospecting side of things. Identifying prospective accounts or individuals, or even help create emails.

but beyond that, idk how much it will replace
