Whats that piece of tech that lets you see how SDR's are on average performing at a certain company?

Someone mentioned it a few weeks ago but it's drowned out in other posts and I can't find it

Edit:

Found it.

Thanks @LordBusiness .

It's RepVue.com

'Before joining a sales organization, what if you could know what current employees learned the hard way? With RepVue, you can. Rate a sales organization to join. Your rating is completely anonymous.'

It's essentially a glassdoor for sdr performance which is dope.

What are you measuring in terms of performance? We run our cadences through SalesLoft, which has baked in metrics for activity levels, and we can see how many conversations are marked as successes by the SDR.

Thoughts on hiring sales reps based EQ versus IQ? I have hired more on EQ than IQ with a hint of hunger to make more in comms than IQ. What are your thoughts and what would you normally go for?
