A colleague snaking my leads, even after disco calls.

Manager wouldn't step-in aggressively enough. Escalated to VP of sales, his message was, "well he can have these ones, but don't do it again".

Happens again, escalated to C-level. Old school sales guy, put him on PIP and eventually ousted.

But for those 4 months from start to end it was awful.

Worst time was when Trump was elected, people had very different conflicting views. Next worse time was the covid policies and how each different person was handling them. This had lots of people arguing.ย
