I was interviewing a potential Inside Sales rep who had 5 previous roles never lasting longer than a year. I asked him what that was about and he said "those companies just couldn't handle me, man." I was pretty stunned.ย
Was interviewing a candidate and after some small talk and a few preliminary questions I asked, "what attracts you to this company?" And the guy straight up goes, "Not a fan to be honest, but I like the salary."ย

I was once asked "what sides do you order at a Steak House?".....I replied back that I am vegan....I had lost a lot of interest in the company and was just going through the motions...felt bad about it but when I was asked that- couldn't resist.ย
