The trick is to club them. I have 2 slots in a day where I look at all notifications. Just 15 mins in and out
Yeah I try to connect before and after and every now and then during, there are too many rabbit holes and you know, gotta focus, focus focus!!!

I've been slipping a bit, but I try to get in early AM's and late. Weekend AM's are usually a nice time as well.ย

I have been testing during the day and at night to see where the most engagement happens. I have a feeling that due to the lack of Aussies on here - 1am - 9am is my peak time....
We have option 2, and it helps because I am not responsible for their performance. If one of the BDRs is struggling, they have a separate team to get coaching/support from. They also have a separate manager evaluating their KPIs.
