When do you know its time to leave?

Been at this company for 4+ years started right out of college. Now am an Enterprise Rep and Associate Manager. However lately, I've been doing more internal work and managing people rather than working my book. Its hurtin' the commission. I have a lot of freedom, and in general, am happy. However, I know for a fact others are getting paid more for doing less and keep running into corporate red tape when discussing a raise. Struggling to leave what is comfortable for the unknown. Its getting frustrating to the point where I'm asking myself, at what point do I leave this place?

Anyone have any ideas?

If you're seriously thinking about it, especially if you feel under-appreciated or under-compensated... It's time.

When you get a better offer! Start looking around to see what else is out there...since you already have a job, you can be picky.
