I imagine what my role would be like without them as a lead gen leader as well as sales management. On lead gen side it is impossible to do as much as we do with no support. Are they annoying, sure, do I dislike majority of their asks and expectations, yes. But I need them and they need us, so try and work well together minus the hate
I'm not happy until I'm in your job, how did you get there and can you help me get there. They are either an advocate to grow you or you know they aren't your person.
