I've found a lot of success after 6:00 if they're VP or C-Suite - had some really easygoing conversations that helped establish trust and rapport.

Also before 8:30am.

Personally don't think there is a silver bullet for the correct time to do the calls, literally is luck if they pick up. However, Friday afternoon seems to be awful especially when its sunny!
