When a holiday is coming up I don't make calls on the day directly before or after the day off. The day before is going to be a day off for a lot of people and same with the day after. If people don't take the day after off, they'll be busy catching up from the days before. I also expect that I'll have a lower answer rate that week due to people taking multiple days off.Β

That makes sense, that is why I am trying to get ahead of the game and trying to get in contact with people before the month even starts!

Good plan. When booking for the week of the 4th it isn't a bad idea to be like "that's the week of the 4th...crazy we're in July already I know, just to confirm you'll be around that week right?"Β

Give people off the day before the holiday, and the day after the holiday. If the holiday falls on a Sunday and the company decides to recognize Monday as the holiday, then start Tuesday.

Good question. This will be my first time working through the 4th of July as an S.D.R. Many people at my company seem to be freaking out, but I'm just going to stick with the basics. No need to change my game plan. If a prospect tells me they're on Vacay I'll tell them to have fun and that I'll give em a call next weekπŸ˜ŽπŸ™Œ

Call me what you want, just sign the damn contract
Start booking those meetings now and schedule the meetings for the days right after 4th of July (assuming you're in the US).

July is a hard month because it is super popular for summer vacations and the holidays. I would say the 3rd week of July is pretty safe, however always check before booking them to make sure it works. There is nothing worse than being ghosted for a meeting.Β

It’s the end of the month and you accidentally double book Demos for yourself. No scheduling out for next week
