Ramping so probably won’t hit a full annual this year. My goal is to always be at my annual by end of Q2 / the start of Q3 though, I normally can get pretty close to that target.

I'm about 50% thus far and we just started Q2 in July. Summer is pretty slow, so hoping to hit before Halloween
It honestly depends on the year and the market. Personally for me this year was difficult because of covid it has set me back so I will be hitting my goals later in the year.
I'm sitting at 82% of my annual right now. I'm set back because I missed some work due to getting Covid and then other medical reasons. I think I will be passing it by the end of August.
Just coming out of ramp, but my pipeline is strong and I should have closes both in Q3 & 4 that take me over my quota, despite being told
