Linkedin is how I have got every job.Should be pretty easy to find who is hiring for sales. Update your linkedin, get one of those certifications that take a day after doing a LMS to show you are serious. Put "Open to New Opps" and you can say Tech Sales allowing all the recruiters to find you

If the job aggregators aren't working for you, identify a list of companies you want to work at and go to their sites directly.

Linkedin is best bet. Bravado isn't bad, but unless you're a highly sought after rep with lots of experience, I doubt you'll get too many hits on here. I have a few years SaaS experience and I haven't had any offers on here since the job recruitment portion started.

Network anywhere you can read and review and potentially talk to others in that job where you might want to go. Find out where you want to go not who has the job. Make a plan and get referrals inside the company.
Read books about sales and Learn about the best books technical sales folks read. Gain technical skills in what you want to sell.
Electronic applications work but they are by themselves not the only route. Other methods can give you a boost above the rest. Remember it is a lot of work to win the job you want.
