I'm an extrovert but still feel this way about meetings...most of them are worthless.
Yeah I do this to avoid snapping at someone for scheduling a BS meeting when they could have slacked me. I need 10 minutes before and after to breathe so I donโt do a CLM
I'm this way especially for meetings that could have easily been emails.
"Recovering from meeting" is me after every meeting.ย
Just stare at the wall for a few minutes, then collect yourself, make sure your notes are good, and then onto the next one
Personally I'm a huge fan of staring at the wall/ceiling for a few minutes to decompress.ย
"Why are your kpi's low?"ย
"I've been in meetings all day?"

Always put 15 minutes after my meetings for "notes" and take a little walk.
