Yeah that's the problem with SDR management is that it's career limiting. I moved from AE to SDR manager and kind of regret it. I wish I would have stuck it out as AE

You basically have to take a step back and to the side and go to AE then climb that ladder if possible
To my knowledge, that is typically the top end unless there is potential to move into VP of Business Development which I have seen a few times
Good question, and I don't think there's really an obvious answer.
My company has a VP Level of Sales Development, really depends on the company
Not too many of those roles around unfortunately.
