Agree with @FlintIronstag. IMO, the best books to read are either biographies of successful business people, that's where you know how they build it, and how they sold it. Real struggles. Not the typical use cases/mock calls/pitches etc. Apart from that reading about processes and frameworks help. In typical sales world, I have immense respect for "Force Management". Has been a transforming part of my sales career!
