INSERT->PIVOT TABLE

DATA->SORT&FILTER->ADVANCED->UNIQUE RECORDS ONLY


If you use IRR and NPV to sell a deal to whomever you need, you can show positive cash flow after x date, and how much the deal will/can make both sides of the table.
