No one size fits all. They would need almost everything but at different times.

Yes, you could start off with skill transfer and get to hands on, with continuous improvement layered in there.

I think it is a mixture of Hands on and Continuous Improvement reviews.  They can get all the Hands on Experience in the world but if they don't understand what the hell they are doing what is the point of all that experience.  Need coaching and reviews to understand where they can always get better.

You can teach me how to overcome an objection a million times and I might haphazardly remember how to overcome it.  But when I fall on my face in front of a live prospect because I didn't know it well enough, you betcha I'm going to overcome it next time it's thrown at me. Hands on experience all day.

Def a mixture..there is no one thing that makes something/someone effective or successful!

We often find the solution in some other option and not necessarily the option we think is best.  A scarcity mindset is the thing that holds us back the most.  Limiting our options to three removes the possibility of there being a better way.

Just like there is no magic bullet in sales, there is no magic bullet in training either. Everyone will require different methods and levels of training in order to absorb and grow.

I was all about training my team with the hands-on approach and coaching them live while we are doing meaningful work

If you keep getting the same objection then its probably highlighting where you're failing in your sales process.

Are you trying to discuss if you prefer a higher base and a lower variable to secure your income and enjoy a gravy flow via your commission? If so, yes, that is the way I also operate.
