Iโ€™m fairly certain you can make more as a garbage collector. Iโ€™d pass on both.ย

Same could be said for SDR at series B.

At least garbage collection has stability.

Not sure where you live, if $35K is even living wages.ย  ย

Where I live, it is not.ย  ย

Low wages for the job and questionable leadership?ย  ย I'd pass on both and keep looking.

What about it? OTE is no guarantee, and any company offering salary of 35k clearly doesn't have their shit together. Gonna go out on a limb but I'd bet shitty comp = shitty product.

There are better options out there, but a bird in the hand is always worth more than two in the bush (go for bigger base yo)

Take one, but keep interviewing. Treat it as a stepping stone if anything. If you get a better offer early on, donโ€™t even include it on your resume.

if they have questionable leaders then neither. You're entry level. You need someone who can teach/mentor you or else you're going to struggle to get off the ground unless you want to put in some serious work to teach yourself.ย

Questionable leader also means questionable strategies and resources available to you.ย

Its also a bad economy right now. Series A/B/C companies are going to be the first ones doing layoffs once they stop getting funding. Not totally sure I would want to take that chance personally. ย

It honestly depends on you and your financial comfort. YOu might have mommy and daddys money to bank role you, you might be willing to eat shit and make the highest OTE, you might need to make X to live a normal life, only you can answer this.ย
