As long as your emails don't arrive empty-handed, I think you're in a good position to keep bringing things to the prospect as often as you're comfortable.

I think the 'show me you know me' rule is in effect from first outreach clear through the 100th. I like to watch presentations or listen to podcasts from a prospect, and then break my learnings/intrigue into separate emails.  ie, "Loved the ___ podcast episode!  A few things you said particularly resonated.  When you mentioned ___, it really made me think of the state of __ and how it's transforming over the last several years.'  etc.  Email 2 is ANOTHER quote from same pod as subject line, and then what I thought about it, so on and so forth....

That's a good approach. Some homework is involved but nothing big. And it also makes the outreach personal. Awesome!
