Has it changed?ย  Hadn't noticed. One thing I can tell you is that I HATE how Linkedin manages their "inboxes" - I legit never know when I have a message on Sales Nav, because my general LI message (connection requests) are always flooded.ย  How the different "accesses" interact with each other is pretty dumb.ย

+1. I lost a lot of potential opportunities because of my lack of knowledge on the split inboxes. So annoying.ย

I have sales navigator. I really haven't been a fan of LI for a couple of years now. So much noise.ย

I think it's OK, but LinkedIn always seem to have some crap UI/UX element in sales nav that makes it a pain to use.

I like that it recognises the type of decision-maker you map out, although not perfect, but it's still a bit of a pain.

Haven't seen the new version. We've moved to ZoomInfo.ย

Gets the job done but I'm not in love with the changes they made.ย

The most useful aspect of Sales Nav for me is to be able to add another layer of verification to a target contactโ€™s job title, specifically.

Seems like most people are better at keeping their job titles up to date than Zoominfo, as you might expect.

I havenโ€™t really noticed any changes that have popped out to me...

Just started to get used to it but I think it blows. They tried to make it look more appealing by doing the most. Which was just a waste of time and makes it harder to navigate the platform. Overall, not a fan!

Attempting to revive this thread, thank you for posting Gov. Has anyone actually incorporated the Sales Nav account mapping thing into their day to day? Honestly curious, I've tried it like 10 times and still feel like it's pretty useless.
