Who does better in sales, introverts or extroverts?

According to personality tests, I am an extroverted introvert. I get energy from being around others, but am an internal processor. I have seen true extroverts crash and burn, and introverts drop out due to call paralysis.
I don't think there is once cut and dry personality type that out performs others, rather what soft skills that individual has seems to be the determining factor.

Both can do well. I think sales is less stressful for extroverts since introverts are drained by human interaction while extroverts become energized by it.

The key is being able to master the needed skills in your position and executing them well.

Introverts have a tendency to listen better and can teach/practice sales skills
You just know when to talk and what to talk. Combo is required.
