I did research on the guy and the company. He did the $70,000 base pay for his employees years ago and brings it up daily for marketing hits. Look up Gravity Payments on glassdoor - terrible reviews. Looks like a nightmare working for the company.ย
It appears he also had a falling out w/ his brother (one-time co-founder of the company) over taking a million dollar salary. His ex-wife has also come out and said he was abusive towards her.ย
I think this guy is the perfect example of a wolf in sheep's clothing and that we can't take LI or any other social media as realityย
