No, I'm in Canada.
Right? I looked at tickets... 17 hr flight each way due to restrictions. Plus a 3 day mandatory hotel stay on return...
Even without restrictions it's not viable for me. A flight from where I am to California is easily $6-700 and about 8 hours of travel time each way. Not to mention having to pay for accommodations in expensive ass SF for at least a few days and use up my vacation time. Too much time and money for a few hours at a party, although I'm sure it'll be fun.
Have to go from here to Y__-YVR-SEA-SFO. Long trip.
Would probably be the same itinerary for me...I'd be coming from the prairies.

Pretty sure it only makes sense if you’re in SF. My 2 cents would be to work your way up from smaller events like a pub crawl to something like what was described
