Does he know what a shitty meeting is yet though? When you first become a seller, chances are you're going to see a lot of stuff as half-glass full even if the glass is cracked and spilling acidic goo on your desk.
If BDR is part of AE sales team, then Marketing. If BDR is under marketing, then BDR haha. Just depends on who the BDR rep reports to. Most likely marketing though.
