I have always been searching for mentors in life, but I got one when I wasn't looking for. They say that a guru appears next door when the disciple is ready. I guess Steve Jobs also said this in his biography.
My mentor was a hard middle aged man in my neighbourhood, who taught me from reading psychology to actually closing the deals. I regarded him as a saviour and turned back to him whenever I needed some advice. He died recently and this loss is impossible to be filled.
Who you regard as your mentor and any qualities, tricks or lessons you learned that you can share, to help everyone of us with some more wisdom in our noble profession!
