money and freedom to help the fam do the stuff they want. since going remote, the wife has started coaching sports again and it makes her happier now that she has help at home during the day and i can work my schedule around her and our kids. its been great. i love sales.
Ngl, its the autonomy and flexibility. Money obvs big thing but I got confidence I could make it doing other things but if you think sales is stressful, running your own gigg is sure as hell a lot more stressful
Although I do question it almost daily the answer is simple. Low barrier to entry for the amount of money you make and have the potential to make us insane.
But I also feel as though it improves my conversation skills. I find that I have learned more about my form of communication from doing my job, more than anything else.
If you aint motivated by money as a sales person, then you are not a sales person imo. Working my ass off to buy real estate (getting my 2th property next month) โ so, yea. that's what motivates me, getting hella lot of money.
