Win a SBIR lately?

Anyone out there done a SBIR for SDA? If not SDA then perhaps DoD? I am working on one now and since it is my first time spearheading I am wondering if others have best practices or examples of the commercialization strategy I could use for reference.

Any war stories about how you won one of these things could be helpful for anyone that comes across them.
