Started as a web lead in Oct of 2020. Customer wasn't sure where he wanted to go so we took our time. The May Demo knocked his socks off. Closed a week later for a $1.63mil aircraft. 7 months of work.

Former IT and then Marketing employee. Weird I know right! I currently have a fixed-wing license but am now working on attaining my rotor license.
I am in the aircraft sales side not the parts side. That was for 1 aircraft. Honestly, it took putting in the time to learn and navigate the business and customers, starting at the bottom and a lot of passion. Then I was given the opportunity to join the sales team and I've ran with it. I've been with my company for 7 years.

I've been passionate about aviation for along time. Just took a while to get into the role I really wanted to be in.

You'd actually probably laugh.. The job is fun, rewarding and unique but we like to say that we do this job because we love it.. not because itย makes us a lot of money. Base + Commish is great and helps my family live, but I'm not loaded ha!

Smaller deal for our company. Our aircraft range from $1.3Mil to $25Mil.
Damn slinging helicopters and airplanes must be so so awesome, like budget is never a concern lol
It's fun for sure but customers and their teams are extremely tough negotiators. They didn't become wealthy by being stupid with their money. They're smart customers.ย
Yeah, that's expected and probably built into the pricing structure...
Also, just helicopters. Not airplanes. I do fly airplanes though.

Talking about the financing side or what?
Kind of. Not so much financing, but the payments side of it. If someone wanted to pay and not finance, do they just send a wire transfer to your company? What are the biggest concerns when someone is paying cash? Do you do KYC verification in house? Thanks @wingsNrotors. Just trying to get some insight so I can try and go after the used airplane market. lol
