Woody closed a deal for $7.5k to the Engineering department

We're getting a consulting fee to write the RFQ which we will then bid. $7500 deal. Sometimes the answer to the question can you write me a proposal is " I need you to pay me to write this proposal."


We may spend more man hours reviewing their T&Cs, and processing the PO than I'm making on the deal.

Yes we're getting paid to write the scope of work which we will then bid competitively to complete.  The work will probably cost 100K plus to prove out a process for a system that will cost millions of dollars.
