Work From Home

I have worked from home majority of my career. I am not being forced back to an office. Anybody manage teams that have done worse at home vs office and will force people back after corona ? I am leaning towards fully optional

We're not going to FORCE it, but every member of our sales team has expressed that they want to return -- at least a few days a week.

You should not be forced but instead it could be highly encouraged. The option to do hybrid is the best, hope it works out.

I have now worked in both in WFH pre pandemic/WFH pandemic, and in office pre and post pandemic.

I have now worked in both in WFH pre pandemic/WFH pandemic, and in office pre and post pandemic. I prefer WFH so much, I left my old position to take a WFH permanent job. I much prefer working at my own pace and in my home. It's waaaay more efficient
