Work Life Balance / PTO

Apologies, if this has been asked before. I tried doing a search for a similar poll but couldn’t find one quite like it.


Sales is a game of consistent numbers and activity in targeted accounts but companies have been pushing mental health and wellness through exercising time off given. Does anyone max out their given PTO/Vacation?


So that said I have a question for you sales savages out there....

How much time off do you actually take?

I have 26days each year. Which is very low in Belgium.

I have lost weeks of vacation days every year. I'm not doing that this year. I've been taking a few days off a month to help with burn out. 

Life is short. Take care of yourself.

I hear that. I just had my second son born yesterday and checked my time off balance and I already have close to 250 hours accrued. This is the year we break the chains Fox.
