Curious to get some perspectives/tips for best practices when it comes to working with 2 AE's as an SDR. I'm a newbie to the role and still navigating my way into managing the relationships/workload.
Want to make sure leads are distributed fairly as possible but also not jeopardising my comms if some are not closing or stuck with one AE.
Would love to hear what works well & what is a no go zone based on everyone's experience!
